I just landed in the country and checked into this hotel last minute. The rooms were clean and comfortable, albeit a bit weird-smelling. The location isn't too bad, with lots of nice Indian cuisine around, but it's a bit far from central London. The dining was okay, with a cooked breakfast available, and the service was friendly enough, though some staff had a bit of an attitude. Overall, a modern and clean hotel with some pros and cons to consider.

The hotel is conveniently close to EastHam tube station, making it easy to reach the city within 15 minutes. The rooms are clean and fresh, although there were initially only two pillows, which were promptly provided upon request. The location is more diverse than expected, but parking can be a challenge.
